Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project's development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.Pay is negotiable based on experience!ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal and external resourcesCollaborate with teammatesDevelop the scope and objectives of the projectTrack adherence to timelineEnsure necessary resources are available and allocated to the projectDevelop detailed project plans and milestonesMeasure and report on project progressQualificationsPrevious experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferredExperience with Xactimate is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriatelyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skillsIICRC Certification(s)Valid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessary (COMPANY VEHICLE IS PROVIDED)Compensation: $30.00 per hour
