Litigation - Associate (Junior to Mid-Level)

The litigation practice often represents clients in high profile public policy matters that includes frequent interaction with government agencies. The office also has a nationally recognized First Amendment practice. Applicants should have 2-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and organizational abilities. Preferred candidates will have experience analyzing legal issues, drafting briefs, summarizing factual situations, and pursuing discovery, as well as assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Candidates must be in good standing with the NY Bar.
