This is a unique opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys on sophisticated, high-level business litigation matters without the pressure of rigid billable hour requirements. The Opportunity: This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to do meaningful, complex work while developing under experienced mentors. You will gain hands-on exposure across all phases of litigation and play a critical role in driving client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Support all aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy Handle discovery processes, including e-discovery and document review Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy. Ideal Background 2-10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation. Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial prep Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar Candidates whose experience is limited to personal injury, insurance defense, consumer credit or residential/foreclosure work are not the ideal fit for this role.
