Position Overview Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for a full‑time qualified 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for its Ellwood City, PA location. Salary: $24.00‑$32.00 per hour. Permanent full‑time position with overtime opportunities. 1st shift. Responsibilities & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting. High School graduate with either trade school certification or relevant on‑the‑job training. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of components. Diagnose equipment malfunctions or breakdowns by identifying root causes through systematic troubleshooting techniques and using diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and team collaboration. Perform repairs on malfunctioning or damaged equipment to restore functionality, including replacing faulty components, repairing electrical or mechanical systems, and conducting calibration or alignment procedures. Assist in the installation, modification, or upgrade of manufacturing equipment and machinery, such as retrofitting, automation systems, or technology upgrades. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment maintenance histories. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, and complying with safety regulations and standards.
