You'll work closely with property management to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents and staff. What You'll Do As a Facilities technician, you will be responsible for Handling work orders and service requests efficiently Performing unit turnovers for vacant apartments Conducting grounds pick-up, minor landscaping, and snow removal Responding promptly to resident service calls and emergency repairs Completing job orders and work authorizations accurately and on time What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have At least 1+ years of property management or maintenance experience Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC basics Good time management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Basic computer skills to enter work order information Why Join Us in OOB?
