Job Title: Facilities
Pay: $24 per hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7am-4:30pm (day shift, 36 hours)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Facilities technician, you'll handle a variety of maintenance and property management tasks. You'll work closely with property management to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents and staff.


What You'll Do
As a Facilities technician, you will be responsible for

• Handling work orders and service requests efficiently
• Performing unit turnovers for vacant apartments
• Conducting grounds pick-up, minor landscaping, and snow removal
• Responding promptly to resident service calls and emergency repairs
• Completing job orders and work authorizations accurately and on time

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least 1+ years of property management or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC basics
• Good time management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills to enter work order information
