Partners with plant leadership and corporate stakeholders to establish a proactive safety culture aligned with organizational values and business objectives. Drives environmental stewardship and risk management initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Influences cross-functional teams by providing technical guidance, training, and performance insights that strengthen accountability and improve operational performance. Leads the identification and mitigation of workplace hazards, supports sustainable manufacturing practices, and enables continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
