This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others maintain their independence while providing care with dignity, respect, and compassion. Pay $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduling Day, evening, weekend, and overnight opportunities may become available Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders Observe and report changes in the client's condition Maintain accurate documentation and clock in/out using our electronic visit verification (EVV) system Provide safe transportation for errands or appointments when applicable Qualifications Current HHA or CNA certification preferred Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance (if transporting clients) Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening Authorized to work in the United States Why Join One You Love Home Care?
