ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant

Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant in Austin, TX. Summary: The client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to define and optimize employee service workflows, case management, and HR processes. This role translates business needs into standardized, automation-ready solutions that improve employee experience and HR efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process discovery and requirements gathering for HRSD initiatives
• Design end-to-end HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle events, case management)
• Define employee service models, SLAs, and knowledge processes
• Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and process optimization
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specs
• Partner with architects/dev teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
• Support UAT, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication
• Establish standard HR process frameworks and best practices
• 5-8+ years in business process consulting/BA roles
• Experience with HR processes, case management, or employee service delivery
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design
• Experience working across business and technical teams

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR operations and employee experience programs
• Exposure to automation or digital HR transformation initiatives

• Clear, scalable HR process designs aligned to ServiceNow
