**Exciting Opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist/PET Tech!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in patient care - Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a focus on PET/CT - Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) with variable start times (0700 - 0900) - Environment: Fast-paced and collaborative hospital setting **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including: - Bone Scans - Myocardial Perfusion Studies - Lung Scans - Conduct PET scans and manage related processes - Ensure the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials - Draw venous blood and start/maintain IVs as needed - Utilize advanced imaging equipment, particularly Siemens systems - Float between PET and nuclear medicine as required **Qualifications:** - Certification: ARRT (N) or NMTCB and current CA license required - Experience: Minimum of 1 year; 6 months in PET preferred - Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Siemens imaging systems - Experience with Epic charting system - Familiarity with hospital and trauma care environments **Additional Details:** - Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics - Expected Patients: Average of 6-7 PET/CT scans and 9 general nuclear studies per day - Weekly Responsibilities: Rotating weekend shifts and on-call duties - Team Structure: Work alongside a dedicated team in a supportive, Magnet-designated facility **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
