Medical Assistant II - Geriatric Primary Care
Conviva Senior Primary Care
Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks a Medical Assistant to support coordinated primary care for adults 65+. You will room patients, obtain vitals, assist with exams and procedures, perform basic labs, administer medications per provider orders, and accurately document in the EHR. You’ll educate seniors on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management while supporting population health outreach. Join an interdisciplinary team that values empathy, diversity, and continuous learning in a compassionate, patient-first environment focused on long-term relationships and quality outcomes.
