Senior Contract Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day (Position Overview)

Join a team of Contract Managers supporting Gas Services implementation projects and helping shape the future of energy. In this role, you will manage complex contractual matters across large-scale service projects, including contract review, risk assessment, negotiation support, and claims management. You will work closely with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to protect Siemens Energy's commercial interests and ensure successful project execution.


How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities)

• Advise project teams on customer contracts and subcontract agreements to safeguard Siemens Energy's contractual rights and obligations.
• Support contract administration activities, including change order management and drafting contractual correspondence.
• Review technical, commercial, and contractual requirements to develop project-specific claim and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation, pursuit, and defense of contractual claims by analyzing project documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to support project success.
• Collaborate with project management, legal teams, and customers to resolve complex contractual issues.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in contract management, claim management, contract drafting, and contract analysis within a project-based environment.
• Experience working with international teams and contractual partners, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with project, customer, and legal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
