Director of Sales - Target Division

Travel: Up to 20% to Target HQ in Minneapolis & market meetings Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to drive strategy, growth, and account management for our Target business . If you know mass retail, understand the Target customer, and have a track record of building strong retail partnerships, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Lead sales strategy & growth for the Target account Build strong relationships with Target buying & merchandising teams Partner on assortments aligned with consumer and retailer needs Analyze POS data, trends & performance to uncover growth opportunities Lead pricing, negotiations & margin strategies Collaborate with Design, Production, Sourcing, Licensing & Supply Chain Requirements 7+ years of sales/account management experience Strong mass retail experience - Target experience highly preferred Background in apparel, accessories or licensed products preferred Strong understanding of merchandising, retail math, costing & margins Ability to turn POS and market data into actionable sales strategies Ready to help grow one of Mad Engine Global’s key retail partnerships?
