AR/AP Clerk - Part-Time HoursWork Schedule: 9:00am to 2:00pm Monday to FridayAccountabilities & Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable (AR)Generate and email customer invoices using the Visual systemRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and paymentsAssist with A/R Aging Reports and follow up on past-due accountsDocument collection activity and update tracking reportsSupport credit card processing and reconciliationAccounts Payable (AP)Match purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor invoicesEnter invoices accurately into the systemIdentify discrepancies and route invoices for correctionCommunicate with vendors and request missing invoicesAssist with A/P Aging review and weekly payment selectionReporting & Administrative SupportRun and distribute A/R and A/P reportsMaintain spreadsheets and collection logsAssist with PO Accrual and A/P reportingOrganize and maintain accounting records and filesRespond to customer and vendor emails in a timely mannerProvide support with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reportingPerform ad hoc financial analysis and operational tasks as requiredAssist the team with various accounting and finance-related activities to ensure timely and accurate closeEducation & Experience:Minimum Education: High school diploma or associate degree (Accounting/Finance preferred)Minimum Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative roleKnowledge & Skills:Special Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills and willingness to learnSpecialized Knowledge:Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plusOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success.
