Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to determine appropriate interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care, ensuring that you adapt your approach to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of client interactions and sessions, utilizing secure electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and related conditions. Clients may come from various backgrounds, and you will work to ensure inclusive and culturally competent care that respects and understands each individual's unique circumstances and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

• Proficiency in using digital health record systems and remote therapy tools.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
