We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Engagement Specialist at Abbott House of SD in Rapid City / Mitchell, SD. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the availability of the candidate.

Job Description:

As a Youth Engagement Specialist, you will have the incredible opportunity to work directly with youth in our programs and be a positive role model in their lives. Your main responsibility will be to engage with and support the youth in our care, helping them develop essential life skills, build healthy relationships, and work towards their individual goals. You will be instrumental in changing lives by providing mentorship, guidance, and emotional support to the young individuals who rely on our services.

Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of compassionate professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment for the youth in our programs. You will have the chance to plan and facilitate activities, workshops, and events that promote personal growth, self-esteem, and resilience among the youth we serve.
