LOCATION : 2 days onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Only local candidate)

DURATION : 3-6 Month C2CH

INTERVIEW TYPE : Video

REQUIRED SKILLS

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a strategic Guest 360 / Master Data Management (MDM) initiative focused on creating a centralized customer data repository. This initiative will consolidate guest information currently housed across multiple disconnected systems, establish a more reliable master guest record, and improve data quality, integration, and visibility across the enterprise.

This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive delivery across multiple workstreams, including data, Salesforce, integration, and infrastructure teams. While this is not a hands-on technical role, the ideal candidate must be comfortable managing technical initiatives and understanding the underlying architecture and integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of a Customer 360 / MDM program focused on consolidating guest data across multiple systems.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, integration teams, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders.

Drive project governance, timelines, risk management, status reporting, and executive communications.

Manage third-party vendors and ensure alignment across all project workstreams.

Facilitate stakeholder discussions around data quality, duplicate records, guest identity resolution, and master data processes.

Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Customer 360, CRM, data integration, or enterprise data platform implementations.

Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.

Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with architects and engineering teams without serving as a hands-on technical lead.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the travel, hospitality, cruise, airline, or broader business-to-consumer (B2C) industries.

Prior experience supporting customer data consolidation, identity management, or enterprise customer data platforms.
