Senior Director of FP&A

DescriptionKforce's client, a growing and dynamic organization is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and business performance management initiatives. This high-impact leadership role partners closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights that drive decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term growth. This hybrid role is located in the Saint Louis, MO area. The client offers salary and benefits, relaxed-dress business attire and other company discounts.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's FP&A function* Deliver financial and operational analysis that supports strategic planning and business objectives* Drive forecasting accuracy through detailed analysis of business performance, trends, and financial assumptions* Provide executive leadership with meaningful reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable recommendations* Lead scenario planning, business modeling, and growth strategy evaluations* Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and other key financial metrics to identify opportunities and risks* Monitor business performance and investigate variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year results* Partner with senior leaders to develop, manage, and optimize departmental budgets* Support executive presentations, board materials, and strategic business reviews* Oversee financial reporting systems and improve analytical processes, tools, and reporting capabilities* Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support strategic initiativesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred* 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business strategy, consulting, or related disciplines* Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing business decisions* Exceptional problem-solving and business acumen* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills* Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentJob TypeDirect HireCompensation135000 - $175000
