OD CNC Grinder Operator

We are seeking an OD CNC Grinder Operator in Latrobe, PA Ability to operate and run to standard Process Equipment and Offline Equipment, such as Studer, Okamoto ID/OD grinders, sandblasting, Brown& Sharp surface grinder etc Responsibilities: -Operate automated machinery, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, and robotic equipment. -Perform hand assemblies of product, blends, sieved material, and other as required. -Operate and interpret results from measuring tools, gauges, scales, microscopes, go/no go gauges, CMM and visual standards. -Perform minor tooling changes, setup and troubleshooting on production equipment. Assist area experts in completing higher difficulty tooling setup, changeovers and troubleshooting. -Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, equipment cleanliness, and other as necessary. Requirements: -Manual dexterity required to accurately handle and position parts. -Walking and standing on the shop floor for extended periods throughout the day. -Lifting and transport of materials (up to -40 lbs). -Ability to comprehend and apply training to operate manufacturing production equipment listed above. -Ability to effectively balance priorities and multiple tasks to achieve overall production goals. -Must be available to work overtime during periods of high order volume. -1st shift is 6am-2pm - 2nd shift 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
