Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (BC or BE) Valid PA Medical License or IMLC LOQ in hand for quicker onboarding DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience Proficiency in core procedures: Vasectomy, Cystoscopy, Prostate procedures, Ureteroscopy, and Circumcision Strong surgical skills, including robotic surgery knowledge (not mandatory but preferred) Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting with support staff and multidisciplinary teams Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Urology Reversal surgeries (Vasectomy reversal, Penile implants) Ability to perform complex lithotripsy procedures Previous experience with EPIC EMR system Flexibility with varied patient demographic support, including occasional pediatric cases Leadership or supervisory experience with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree from an accredited institution Urology specialty training with at least 1 year of clinical experience Familiarity with robotic surgical procedures and hospital-based practice environments Other Requirements: Ability to work 24-hour call shifts as scheduled (including weekends and holidays) Willingness to support support staff and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Current DEA license and ability to bill independently Credentialing completion expected within approximately 90 days; temporary licenses accepted with a clean file Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Compensation for this exceptional opportunity is highly competitive, featuring a rate of $443.43 per hour, with weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a generous referral bonus program.
