Not required. # of operating rooms: 16 total - York Hospital and Apple Hill surgery Supervisions of NP/Pas required: Yes - We will have new APP's Office equipment available: Cycstiscope and Towers - Injections Core procedures required Y/N: Vasectomy - Yes Vasectomy reversal - Yes - Not a mandatory procedure Cystoscopy - Yes in OR Prostate procedures Yes Ureteroscopy - Yes in OR Penile pilcation Penile implants - Rare Lithotripsy - Yes Circumcision - OB Manages for Children - Possibility on rare occasions while I call if OB would need support.
