Waverly Cabinets values personalized service, craftsmanship, and reliability throughout the design and installation process.Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pittston, PA. The Sales Specialist will greet and consult with customers, assess their needs, and present tailored cabinet design options and product solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role also involves educating customers about product features, materials, and finishes, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to showroom organization and product displays. The Sales Specialist is expected to build long-term customer relationships and help drive revenue growth.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Proven Sales experience with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.Experience in Training and Sales Management or the ability to mentor team members and support sales processes.Ability to learn and explain product specifications, materials, and design options clearly.Comfort working in an on-site showroom environment and engaging with walk-in and scheduled customers.Basic proficiency with sales or CRM software and standard office applications.Prior experience in cabinetry, home improvement, interior design, or related fields is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education inbusiness, design, or a related area is a plus.
