It has been a great experience so far.” — Current Case Manager About the Role As a Case Manager, you will join a team dedicated to providing resources and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Qualifications Must be located in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university Preferred experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities Preferred experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting, focusing on person-centered plans #J-18808-Ljbffr Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County
