Member Solutions Specialist I Growth & Cross-Sell Focus

Vwestcu is seeking a Member Services Representative for its Tucson, AZ location. The role requires responding to Member inquiries in a contact center environment and maintaining knowledge of credit union products to enhance Member engagement and facilitate sales. Candidates should have three years of customer service experience, including one year in banking or a contact center. Spanish skills are a plus.
