Position: LPN

Shift: Full-Time M-F EVE

Pay Range: $33.00-$44.35/HR DOE

Location: Parkside Care, 308 W. Emma St., Union Gap, WA 98903

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer, observe, and record medication, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and general condition of patient
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and Valid LPN license
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications

As required by state and local law, Parkside Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Parkside Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
