Business Attorney

What You'll Do: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents. Provide legal guidance and support to business clients on corporate, transactional, and litigation matters. Conduct research and analyze legal issues to support client strategies. Collaborate with the lead attorney(s) on case preparation, client consultations, and court appearances. Admitted to practice law in Michigan (or ability to obtain admission). 3-10 years of experience in business law or a related field. Strong communication, technology and organizational skills. Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, business formation, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
