Overview Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. The hourly wage range is $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Responsibilities Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Follows company policies related to freezer/cooler areas by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to management. Supports a clean, sanitized, and member-ready environment throughout the freezer, cooler, and deli areas.
