Fast Pace Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform common urgent care procedures, and coordinate care using evidence-based guidelines. You will document in our EHR, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and support rural communities with compassionate, patient-centered care.
