• Number of Staff – 4 FT RN, 3 FT CST, 1 PRN RN, 1 Call Only F-Sun OR RN & 1 Call Only F-Sun CST, 2 EVS, 3 SPD
• Type of equipment - Stryker
• EMR - Meditech

Type of staff

• Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Depending on OR schedule
• Night Shift - None
