Teacher's Aide - fluent in urdu /arabic language

Teacher - Bilingual / Multilingual: Urdu • Arabic -Farsi We are looking for a passionate, bilingual educator who is fluent in Urdu, Arabic, and/or Farsi to guide and inspire our youngest learners to reach their fullest potential. As we continue to rapidly expand, we are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for our Infant/Toddler classrooms who can connect authentically with multilingual families in our community. WHAT WE OFFER

- Lead and nurture an infant/toddler classroom supporting children aged 6 weeks - 24 months in a licensed childcare setting
- Communicate fluently with multilingual families in Urdu, Arabic, and/or Farsi, bridging language and cultural gaps to build trust
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with social, emotional, and intellectual milestones
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Partner with families and staff through clear verbal and written communication in English and target language(s)
- Fluency in one or more of the following: Urdu, Arabic, Farsi (spoken and written)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 45 hours in Child Growth and Development
- 45 hours in Infant-Toddler Certificate (required for 6 weeks - 24 months classrooms)
- Minimum one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility, or 30 college credits
- Demonstrated knowledge of social, emotional, and intellectual developmental stages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and target language(s)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field
