You’ll ensure timely delivery of Key Business Indicator (KBI) information to Sales Management, all while maximizing market potential through established financial parameters.Regular communication with team leaders will facilitate effective operational coordination, and you’ll oversee training sessions to enhance skill sets among sales and delivery personnel. Additionally, you’ll manage promotional and incentive programs, swiftly address customer complaints, and uphold professional conduct among your team.
