About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Strategy. This pivotal role involves leading the enterprise's organization effectiveness strategy, with a focus on organization design, transformation, and strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of work design, influencing senior leaders on complex organizational matters, and driving the evolution of the company's operating model to support growth and build future-ready capabilities. Key responsibilities include advising on organizational structure, operating model, and workforce implications, as well as leading a high-impact team and partnering across the organization to deliver integrated, business-relevant outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years' experience in organization effectiveness, business transformation, and related areas. The role requires a leader with a strong background in influencing senior executives, leading strategic workforce planning, and a proven track record in applying an equity, inclusion, and diversity lens to organizational decisions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, a strategic operator, and an exceptional collaborator, with the ability to connect business strategy to organizational capability and lead in a fast-moving, technologically advanced environment.
