Regional VP, People & Culture Strategy

Kaiser Permanente Northwest in Portland seeks an executive HR leader to drive the regional people strategy across about 12,000 employees. You’ll guide people strategy, culture design and change management, team effectiveness, workforce planning, succession, learning, and diversity and inclusion, plus wellness and total rewards.
