AI Operations Associate

About the Role We're looking for someone sharp and early in their career who has spent real time deep in AI tools — building, automating, and problem-solving with them daily. You'll have unusual autonomy for a role at this level and a direct line to the operations and sales leadership whose work you're improving. Location: Cleveland, OH (onsite) What You'll Do Build and iterate on internal dashboards, workflows, and automations using AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reporting Set up smart cadences and tooling integrations across our tech stack What We're Looking For 0–3 years of professional experience, with a strong intuition for AI tools Comfortable using AI to write, build, and debug — not just as a gimmick, but as a core part of your workflow More product/workflow intuition than deep engineering experience — the AI handles the heavy lifting Self-starter who can run with a project and iterate quickly Bonus Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach) Experience building lightweight internal tools or dashboards #J-18808-Ljbffr Buckeye Business Products
