Job Title

Completing birth certificates and fetal death certificates on BMC Birthing Unit. This candidate will also service Unit Administratively and perform secretarial duties.

Submission Requirements:

• 3+ years current experience as office registrar
• MA NOTARY REQUIRED (MUST BE BONDED/INSURED!) - Please include in profile.
• Bond and Notary are required in order to present traveler to client. Client will not pend.
• Will service Birthing Unit Administratively - Will process Birth Certificates
• HS graduate or GED
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, other health care providers required.
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple job tasks on a daily basis to meet the needs of the department required.
• Knowledge of Meditech/Excel & Word preferred.
• Valid Driver License required for this need
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Ability to comprehend, speak and write the English language
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
• Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
