Responsibilities As a Management Training (MT) trainee, you will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and you will get out into the community to build essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you will learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s. Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents on the driving record within the last three years. No drug or alcohol–related conviction on the driving record in the past five years. Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work‑authorization sponsorship by the company.
