Management Trainees learn every aspect of the business and are trained to supervise their own multi‑million‑dollar location upon program completion. The on‑the‑job training lasts approximately 18‑24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. Online training covers solar PV, sales, and management topics. No prior industry experience is required; the program equips candidates with the tools needed for success. Ideal candidates possess outstanding communication skills, are geographically flexible, and thrive in an energetic, multi‑faced industry. REPORTS TO Training Manager MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience considered) Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring sponsorship) Ability and willingness to relocate during and after the program PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Sales or customer service experience ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES Leadership Skills Self‑Motivated Team Oriented Competitive Entrepreneurial Spirit Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills Effective Problem‑Solving Skills WORKING CONDITIONS Training segments may involve warehouse, office, and external environments, requiring lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to extreme heat or cold. Office segments may involve extended sitting. Certain segments involve travel by car or air. COMPENSATION Salary range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 hourly.
