Fully Stocked Trucks : Company-provided vehicle with gas card Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays Strong Company Culture: Team outings, employee appreciation events, and supportive leadership Steady Work: Year-round residential and light commercial projects - High Call Volume What You’ll Do: Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion Follow all safety procedures and company policies Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: Minimum 5 + years of HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Will need your own tools Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics and climb ladders Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills PREFERRED: Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required) Experience with Residential Customers Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical Experience with Service Titan EPA Certified preferred NATE Certified preferred Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
