Pay rate: $20/hr

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service across diverse channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. You will engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to foster long-term relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and professional development within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering product or service guidance.
Support retail sales initiatives by assisting customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products or services effectively across different platforms.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales or retail sales record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Interpersonal skills are highly desirable to serve a broad customer base effectively.
Experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus.
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
Computer and technical skills required - Excel, Salesforce is a big plus

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
