Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses who could join our healthcare team to provide care in Dunnellon, FL this will be for Skilled nurse visits The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care,

Duties

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and ensure proper medical documentation is maintained.

Experience

• Proven experience in a home health nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively individually while collaborating with a team is important.
• A valid nursing license is required for this position.
