Job Title:  Bilingual – Showroom Inside Sales Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Charlotte, 28217

Pay: $18 Per Hour – Paid every Friday.

Schedule: 1st Shift: 06:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Available for overtime and weekends if needed

Job Summary:

This position will work at the showroom counter assisting customers, processing sales, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customers and has an interest or experience in  drywall (sheetrock), building materials, or construction supplies.

Key  Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the showroom/counter
• Sell drywall, building materials, and related products
• Provide product information and pricing
• Process sales and payments
• Operate cash register/POS system
• Answer customer questions by phone and in person
• Prepare orders and assist with general showroom duties
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/showroom area

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Cashier or counter sales experience preferred
• Construction/building materials experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
