Clinical Nurse Educator

Role Overview Supports orientation, competency programs, in-service and continuing education, academic partnerships, career development, and role transition at the Unit level for healthcare staff. Key Responsibilities Facilitates staff development, ensures evidence-based clinical knowledge, and promotes positive patient care practices. Organizes and multitasks to meet project goals, utilizing computer skills and audiovisual equipment. Qualifications Requires a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10 years' hospital nursing with an Associate's degree, or 5 years if enrolled in RN to BSN. Must hold a relevant state license and AHA BLS certification. Knowledge of patient care technology and equipment is essential. Preferred Skills Certification or progress toward certification in a related specialty, 2 years of teaching experience, and additional life support certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
