Location: Lincoln, NE & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join a growing team in the Lincoln area. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who has some landscaping or general outdoor labor experience and enjoys seeing the finished results of their work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care
- Installing mulch, rock, plants, shrubs, and sod
- Planting and maintaining trees, flowers, and landscaping beds
- Assisting with landscape installation and cleanup projects
- Pruning and trimming shrubs and trees
- Using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized
- Working with the crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work and lift 50+ lbs.
- Experience using landscaping equipment and tools is a plus
- Dependable and able to show up on time
- Able to work well as part of a crew
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
