About the Role Accounting Assistant - We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting assistant to join our team in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for processing monthly field invoices for assigned projects and divisions while supporting weekly accounts payable activities and deadlines. Responsibilities Process monthly field invoices for assigned projects and/or divisions Review invoices for accuracy and completeness Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing Help ensure weekly accounts payable deadlines are met Maintain organized records and documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding invoice and payment inquiries Follow established procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Prior accounts payable, invoice processing, administrative, or related experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
