About the Role
Position Type: Full-time, permanent/year-round, Direct-Hire
Work Environment: Onsite
Location: Norristown, PA 19401
Compensation
- Off-Peak: $18/hour
- Peak Season: $21/hour (August–December) + bonuses for enrollments & renewals
Hours of Operation:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Some Saturdays during Peak Season: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shifts:
- Assigned during final orientation (AM/PM shifts between hours of operation)
- 40 hours per week, consistent schedules
- Overtime available during peak season

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping customers feel confident about their health coverage decisions.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Inbound calls ONLY, NO COLD CALLING
- Explain plan benefits in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Compare coverage options and costs to guide decisions
- Support new enrollments and annual member reviews
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality customer service

You’ll need a Health Insurance License for this role—and we’ll cover the cost.
We also support you in obtaining additional nonresident licenses.
