Overview

Seeking an experienced L&D RN to join a busy Family Birth Place providing Labor & Delivery, OR, PACU, Postpartum, and Couplet Care . The ideal candidate is a strong team player with charge nurse experience and a passion for delivering exceptional, evidence-based maternal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Couplet Care
• Assist with deliveries and care for newborns 32 weeks gestation and above
• Serve as Charge RN when needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Participate in rotating call schedule and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Charge RN experience required
• Experience in OR, PACU, and Postpartum
• Team-oriented with strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Limited RTO preferred

Certifications (Required)

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NRP
• STABLE
