About The Team Fanatics Trading Card Game (TCG) is a new Seattle-based trading card game studio within the Fanatics Collectibles family, founded by industry veterans with a long-term mandate: to build enduring franchises that live across tabletop, digital, community, and culture. We're looking for the most skilled and passionate talent in the games industry and beyond to help us create the best trading card games in the world. Role Summary We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to bring Fanatics TCG’s visual identity to life across packaging, marketing, and product touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the Art Director and Creative team to execute polished, on‑brand designs: from card templates and set packaging to social graphics and marketing collateral. You have a sharp eye for typography and layout, and you thrive on turning a brief into clean, production-ready work. Responsibilities Build and maintain card layout templates, set iconography, and other production-ready design systems used across the TCG line Design and produce marketing materials, packaging, and product touchpoints that align with Fanatics TCG’s established visual identity and brand guidelines Partner with the Art Director and Creative team to execute on creative briefs, iterating quickly based on feedback Collaborate with Production to keep design work aligned with launch timelines and go‑to‑market needs Maintain organized design files and assets within shared team libraries Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in games, entertainment, or consumer products Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and brand execution across print and digital formats Experience designing for print production, including preparing files to print specifications Familiarity with packaging design or template-based production design is a plus Background in or genuine passion for the trading card, tabletop games, or collectibles space is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong typography, layout, and composition skills with an eye for visual consistency Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) Ability to work efficiently across multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality Clear communicator who takes direction well and iterates quickly based on feedback Detail‑oriented, with a strong understanding of print and digital production requirements Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, early‑stage studio environment Location All employees of Fanatics TCG are expected to be onsite in our Seattle office five days per week. Seattle Salary Range The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to Seattle and may not be applicable to other locations.
