Civil Project Engineer - Land Development Lead

Pennoni is seeking a Project Civil Engineer (Land Development) to join our Hampton Roads, VA team on a full-time basis. You will contribute to multi-discipline design projects, manage scopes, schedules, and client communications from concept through construction. The role emphasizes leading land development plans, coordinating regulatory permits, and mentoring junior engineers and drafters.
