As an Operations Intern , you will work alongside Plant Leadership and Operations teams to support cheese and whey manufacturing processes, improve operational performance, and gain firsthand experience in a world-class dairy manufacturing environment. Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant. Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship. What Will Enable You to Have an Impact Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
