Position Title: Financial Advisor

Turn your time into client impact - not cold calls. We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a growing wealth management firm in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is built for an advisor who excels in client meetings, retirement planning, and closing new business but wants the backing of a sophisticated lead-generation, marketing, and operational platform. You will meet with pre-qualified prospective clients, uncover their financial goals, develop tailored strategies, and convert strong opportunities into long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a polished, consultative Financial Advisor with 3-5+ years of experience, an active Series 65 or Series 66, and a proven ability to present recommendations, earn trust, and close business.

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 first-yearDOE, with uncapped performance-based earning potential and long-term OTE of approximately $200,000-$350,000

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospective clients, including retirees, pre-retirees, high-net-worth individuals, and business owners
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand each client's financial goals, retirement objectives, concerns and overall financial picture
• Develop and present customized financial strategies across retirement income, investments, wealth management, estate planning, tax planning and insurance solutions
• Educate prospective clients on appropriate strategies and clearly communicate complex financial concepts
• Convert qualified appointments into new client relationships while working toward annual asset and production goals
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through a consultative, client-first approach
• Collaborate with internal planning, service, marketing, and operations teams while maintaining all applicable compliance and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a comparable client-facing financial services role
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 license
• Demonstrated success presenting financial recommendations and closing new business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand client needs and build trust
• Comfortable working with CRM and financial planning software
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and regularly conduct meetings from the Jacksonville office
